Ralph W. Halsey, Jr. founded the firm in 1967 after serving as the Chief Investment Officer of the Yale University Endowment Fund. 

Mr. Halsey's vision was to offer this same disciplined and customized investment management to individuals, corporate retirement plans, and charitable organizations. 

While our origin and roots are in the New Haven, Connecticut community, over the last 40 years, our reputation has spread.  Today, while still a local organization, we serve the needs of our clients located around the globe.
